Professional Background
I have spent a year working in hospital settings, gaining intensive experience with post-operative patients and individuals managing acute or chronic knee and back pain. This clinical foundation allows me to bridge the gap between early-stage recovery and high-level performance.
Interests
I am particularly passionate about helping individuals overcome work-related pain and sports injuries. My goal is to empower patients through a comprehensive treatment approach, whether that involves manual therapy, active rehabilitation, or a personalized mixture of both.
Personal interests
Outside of the clinic, I am an avid cook, baker, and home-coffee brewer. To satisfy my need for an adrenaline rush, I stay active through lifting, running, and especially rock climbing, which gives me a unique perspective on functional movement and grip strength.
Most fulfilling part
The highlight of my practice is seeing a patient's movement improve and watching daily activities or athletic goals become manageable and pain-free once again.
