Bump to Baby to Beyond — Postnatal Care
How our physiotherapists can help
Whether you have just had a baby or had children years ago, our post-natal/pregnancy package or post pregnancy physiotherapy is aimed at women who have just had a baby as well as those who had children some time ago.
We offer personalised physiotherapy care to support women through pregnancy, childbirth, and recovery. Our programme includes detailed assessments of lumbar and pelvic stability, core strength, posture, and pelvic floor function. Whether you’re managing back pain, diastasis recti, or preparing to return to sport, we tailor each session to your goals and needs. One-on-one exercise sessions, expert guidance, and targeted rehabilitation plans help you stay strong, supported, and active—before and after birth.
