  • Your first session will last 60 minutes and includes a comprehensive consultation and assessment of your condition. Your physiotherapist will take the time to understand your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and goals.

    This will be followed by hands-on treatment or guided movement therapy tailored to your needs. You’ll also receive education on your condition and a clear plan for your recovery or performance goals.

    We recommend wearing comfortable attire that allows easy movement. If needed, shorts are available at the clinic for you to change into before your session.

  • Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.

    After-hours, Sundays, and public holidays are available via phone and whatsapp appointment enquiries.

  • The time it takes to feel better after physiotherapy varies greatly depending on the nature and severity of your condition, your overall health, and adherence to your treatment plan, but you can typically expect to see improvements within 2 to 4 sessions of consistent treatment.

  • Come to your appointment dressed in your daily attire, preferably stretchy material that doesn’t restrict your movement. We have T-shirts and shorts on the premises that can be provided if required. 

  • Our gymnasium is equipped with a wide array of Pilates apparatus, a full-scale strength and conditioning workstation, and cutting-edge performance assessment. We also offer advanced electrotherapy technologies including shockwave therapy, blood flow restriction, and pneumatic compression devices—all designed to support comprehensive rehabilitation, injury prevention, and high-performance training.

  • We want your treatment to be as easy and stress-free as possible.

    Our licensed services are claimable through insurance. After each session, you'll receive an invoice via email, which you can easily submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

    For added convenience, we also offer direct billing (cashless service) through select international insurance partners. Just reach out to our team to find out more.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please kindly give at least 1 hour’s notice so we can offer the slot to others in need.
