Professional Background
I have completed educational blocks across a range of disciplines from A&E to private clinics to even Paediatric Neuromuscular. After graduating, I volunteered at my local rugby club to keep my fresh until I packed my bags and flew 6,800 miles to relocate to the vibrant skyline of Singapore!
Fulfilling part of the job
Being able to take someone on a journey of improvement! I believe everyone has the right to get better and it’s my job to facilitate your needs for your journey while showcasing the importance of mental health and social health while progressing your physical health. My particular favourite part is watching someone regain confidence in their body’s ability!
Personal Interests
From a young age I have always been sport-crazy with my two focal interests being Rugby and Football. I played rugby to a high standard in the North West of England before taking a more managerial role at the University of Nottingham where I was Club President.
I listen to all music especially songs and albums which came out before 2000. I enjoy binging TV shows with friends and family when I’m not working or exercising. I have an interest in classic cars which stems from my dads love for VW Beetles so I look forward to car spotting in my new home!
Every year I participate in a charity event with my most recent being a 156 mile work from Nottingham to London to watch England vs New Zealand rugby fixture with 4 of my closest mates. The event raised £6,000 for charity and we were lucky enough to appear on multiple radio shows!
